Population control …
Population control is a valid issue; perhaps control is a wrong word .. education is more appropriate.
Every baby born needs basic necessaties of life and if not provided in timely fashion, end up as criminal or terminally sick.
Impact on environment : all the laundry/diapers in first two years .. population issue is also caused by increased survivability of infants due to hygiene/medical practices.
