Makes sense. If we Capped carbon output durring the industrial Revolution, we never would have had the technology made Nuclear power, the cleanest form of power that we currently know of.. If we Cap now.. there is no telling what we wont create because of it (Plastic comes directly from OIL) Sombody said that inlightened times only last 200yrs, then fade away for a while… We will be making sure of that.
